Anyone know the difference between a CA emission equipped car and one from another state? What parts, HP difference maybe, yada yada...?

I thought they were all california emmision compliant? Even up here it comes with the certifaction?

That'* my understanding too. My car is an Oregon Native.....very relaxed for emissions. RPO shows CA emissions. I believe all US States and Canada follow the strictest.

Sweet, I'm not as depressed now haha...I finally got around to checking my RPO'*...Yeah...It was like my birthday and all I got was an orange sweater *sigh*
