Are you talking about the compressor?

You need to order the compressors from a reliable source.

Try:

http://www.ackits.com/

Hi Fuddy
Just askin.....not flamin

just wondering what is wrong with the dealer on eBay?
I do need one for my GP...and if I go thru your link its Price: $253.80 plus shipping..
If I buy it thru Ice Cold A/C Parts on eBay its $109 plus shipping...

Thats a big difference....

Thanks
~Jeff

Many of the remanufactured compressors sold at the discount auto parts stores suffer from the same quality control problems that plague their alternators. And compressors are much more difficult to install when they go bad because of everything involved in recharging and flushing the system after a compressor failure.

That'* why I recommend you start right with those. I don't know anything about the eBay guy..... Can't say if it will be a reliable compressor or not.

My a/c just went out and I have to have air!! It gets too darn hot here to not have it. I will try to get mine fixed this weekend.
