I fully agree. I had the same problem! I however, had to get a new A/C compressor simply because the heat and humidity around here in the summer SUCKS! Also, the compressor completely locked up. The compressor at O'reilly'* cost me $240. There are compressor clutch rebuild kits available. Im not sure how much they cost.
