Check out the owners manual for the bulb number.
And yes just pop off the cover that blocks it and throw the new bulb in.

Yep, its an easy install and all you need is a something thin to open the light cover and change the bulb. If theres a junk yard close by, get it for free there.

AutoZone would probably have it.

Just pull the bulb, go into Autozone, and match it up. Everyone carries them.

Any bulb should be listed in the owner manual, or haynes etc. Even auto stores will have a book of lamps to compare...dead easy

Speaking of light covers, the one on my front pass door under the armrest will not stay secure. It just kind of flops back and forth. I notice there are two small tabs on the top of it but dammed if I can get it to stay secure.

AhHA! somthing i can handle. Most likely the two catches that hold the two tabs in on the top are busted (they break REALLY easily). Pull the front cover off (but lightly pulling the tabs on the bottom out) and then using a small screwdriver theres a little tab you can pry (gently) on one side. Pull the whole fixture out (i think it comes out first on the right, but only on side will come out first) Then once you have the fixture out, put the diffusion cover (plastic top) back on and use scotch tape to hold the top to the fixture (if you keep it on the flat top of the diffuser then it wont show, andd put only a little on the top so you can pull it off again later if need be) then you can snap the whole fixture back in the door. I hope that helps cause ive had to do that on 3 door lights outta 4...
