Default bulbs

Hey guys, I forgot is it the silverstar bulbs that give you that blue clear look or was it another company? I'm looking at buying them but forgot which one it is. Thanks

Cool blues are more blue. SS'* may be SLIGHTLY blue, but they're really more pure white.

are you sure? I purchased a pair 9005 (high beam) and they produced a pretty bright yellow light, I don't know if its cause my car uses the 9005 as a DRL feature? anyway, I'm now running 8500k'* for 9005'* and I love the results within a few feet they seem to be a bluish purple, from far away they look more white/blue.

this is what they look like (this is not the bulb style you need though) they have them in combo'* for $24.00 I just used the 9005'* though I run 5300k as 9006'* (low beams) which are more like the SS'* they display more of a pure white with a little hint of light blue (close up they have a bit of yellow tinge)

They may look blue but you'll lose a fair amount of light output that way. Seeing on wet roads will be a challenge. I'd stick with silverstars to be honest.
