I want to jump into another bonneville 2000+ they are hard to find around here in chicago. how much car can you get for 5-6.5k ? thanks.

I would say you may not find many advertised at that price, but you should be able to get on for in that range with a little negotiaion.

Depends how far you are willing to travel/look.

Hans lives in Idaho..and found one in Cali for under 5K IIRC. However it needed a trans and many other things. He didn't keep it long.

Yeah. I have a feeling that he had some random issue, and the dealer reprogrammed his PCM or something. I doubt he had it filled with trouble codes.

I know in Minnesota (Southwest of Minneapolis) there is a 2002 SSEi w/130-150k on it for $6000. Looks to be a sweet ride too.

Near me there is a dark green 03 SSEi with 60-80k (I forget) and the lot wants $5995.00. I stopped and looked it over and it looked great, I can't see why it hasn't sold. Thats just 6k I'll spend to make my Bonne faster and more reliable.
