hey has anyone heard when pontiac is going to start making bonnevilles again? My dad and I were talking about this just this week and we were wondering when they were going to bring it back into production......any rumors?

We've had a lot of discussion on it here. Do a search for "G8". In a nut shell, the Grand Prix and Bonneville are being replaced by the G8.

There'* a Pontiac G8 touring all the 10+ day auto shows right now. It'll arrive on sales lots by mid 2008, and I've at least got to test drive it!

The Bonneville is fairly well off in the Buick brand since they have the W-body Lucerne that comes with either a 3800 Series III engine or the higher performance 5.3L V8. That'* more like a Grand Prix, but because it'* a FWD luxury sedan, I think it'* very much like a Bonneville.

Not quite, the W-body with the 5.3 V8 would be the LaCrosse, not the Lucrene.
