Not everyone has a stalker thing for Bill W like you do Jimbo.

Each picture does contain a clue. The first pic is only motor type..general year can be determined.
The last two give away the year exactly.. because they contain things that were only used for that single year.

My pics aren't very clear, due to overcast. But if it had been better lit, another clue would be more obvious.

i don't get it, what are we trying to guess? just the year?

I know it is a '96. PCM tray instead of a full encasement.

And I know you have difficulty reading.
