Bonneville Price Range
If you aren't just stuck to getting a Bonneville, I know where you can get a 1990 Grand Prix Turbo that from what I have heard is in pretty good shape for just $700. Then you can spend $350 on mods for it and run mid-14'* in the 1/4. There is some guy in MN selling it, all you have to do is go pick it up. Obviously it isn't perfect, but it is one hell of a car for $700.
But if you have your heart completely set on a Bonneville then I would say you are looking at $2-5K depending on the miles & condition of the car and which model it is.

A buddy a mine had a 90 back in da day, that car flew> no mods though but it was pretty new
