Nothing. All of the Ultras have headrest in the back . The NA'* don't. Have you ever noticed that? Same thing in the 88-91 Bonneville SSE'*. The SSE'* had headrest in the back and the standard, LE and SE didn't.

Any type of detailing on a car that nobody pays to much attention to, I somehow notce it. I like trim level discussions, optional equipment and motors.
