Default Bonneville Measurements

Dear All,

I am trying to fit a 1968-1969 Pontiac Bonneville convertible through the teeny tiny doors of a museum (site unseen). Can anybody out there help with the measurements? Length from bumper to bumper and height from tire bottom to roof. I've yet to have physical access to the car.

Just for interest, Roy Rogers and Dale Evans rode in this very car during the 1969 Calgary Stampede! She'* a beaut!

Many thanks in advance.

Rebecca

This is for a '65 Bonneville, but it should be VERY close if not identical. I don't know if this includes the mirrors on width:

Welded steel body with
perimeter-type frame
Wheelbase: 124.0 ins.
Track: front, 63.0 ins.;
rear, 64.0 ins.
Overall length: 221.7 ins.
Overall width: 79.6 ins.
Overall height: 54.3 ins.
Curb weight: 4340 lbs.

Width 79.501 in | 2019.3 mm.
Height 55.001 in | 1397 mm.
Wheelbase 122.001 in | 3098.8 mm.
this is for a 69 Catalina very simular.

also very close to what willwren posted.

From the 1969 Observer'* Book of Automobiles:
