BUT I THINK I KNOW HOW WE CAN TELL.


take a look at the distance between the lights and the grill, the GP is a bigger distance and the bonneville is fairly close. Then look again at the TV commercial and you will see that the grill is almost right next to the lights

Look at the shape of the rear view mirrors, headlights, lack of two "rakes" on body cladding and it looks like the Bonneville to me.

Darn it ....i didn't see those rims on any of the Gps I found. but the lights are a good indicator too. Also, I think I know the commercial you are talking about Jim, and it has another car like that in it too...It shows the whole pontiac line up in quick flashes, and right before that one, there'* another similar looking car....the grand prix.

But this commercial, the car is defenitly a Bonne, WOO HOO,

The grille was the give away for me....once i took a look at the grille and the headlamps, I was pretty sure we were dealing with a Bonneville.

And the Bonneville has a lower body profile I find then the GP...so

I still think that it looks so much like a 92 GA GT nose with sleeker headlights.. when you look at it head on... let me see if I can find a pic to do a side by side.. or nose to nose comparison
