I don't think they hotlinked it. If they did though, change the original picture to something ridiculously obscene, so when someone looks at their page on ebay, they see whatever you put up there. get gross on them.

But since i dont think they hotlinked it, bombard them with emails and threaten suits.

Same thing happened to me, some Ebayer used several pictures of other Auroras to sell his, one of my pics were used (posted on Cardomain).

I contacted Ebay and they pulled the listing.

I will tell you guys what he says, I think its just stupid to put your name on something thats not yours. I wish there was a way to comment to his customers about his products, that stuff is 1.99 at home depot.

Aren't there special copyright laws with pictures? If you took them you own them...no questions asked?

i think that goes out the window as soon as you post them in a public place.

try harrassing ebay and seeing if you can get them to pull the listing.
