Ask them to remove your picture, if they don't file a lawsuit and sue them.

If it was me, I'd be flattered that someone used my car. But I could see how that would be annoying too.

I'd at very least send him a PM on eBay asking him to remove it...

yeah thats the only part that pisses me off, they embroided it.

I'd contact eBay..customer service, or complaint dept...something. I'd also contact the member too and let him know you're the owner and you contacted eBay....see what he has to say.

It'* not like you have it copyrighted, so I doubt there'* much that can be done legally. :? I'd still be annoyed, especially since they placed their 'logo' on it.

i really dont mind, just that he put his name on it, I sent him a pm and asked how many grills he sells, them Im gonna tell him to give me 20%. lol.
