Default Bonneville Club vs. Bonneville Attitude

Why does there need to be both forums? Can't we all just live happily ever after? It'* kind of hard to watch posts in both areas. I give props to both sites, but it would just be easier.

I agree about having to go through both sites too see what is up.
Both are great and helpful pages and not to mention fun.
But i think that there should be 1 ultimate bonneville page!!!

I don't even go to bonneville attitude. I like the casualness of this forum.

I think having two sites is a good thing.

One specializes in Mechanical information, performance mods etc. Bonneville Attitude adheres to strict guidelines in order to maintain control and content.

Bonneville Club however is just that, its a CLUB. we can discuss almost anything, from the amount of snow on the ground, color wars, and Bonneville related items of course!! and we all have a common interest, our cars!

This is a far more vibrant community where ideas and discussion are more casual and free.

As users lets take advantage of what each forum has to offer and recognize the creators, admins and moderator for there hard work. And keep those posts coming, we don't have 700+ members for nothing

At the end of the day, use whatever floats your boat.

Many thanks to Jeff, Will, Jr, Tim, Hector, Ty, Rat and SSE1990. (sorry if I missed anyone)

Multiple forums are common amoung car clubs. There are 2 or 3 major GP clubs and about 2.6 billion local clubs. Each serves a specific purpose. Also by having more than one club it helps to populate ideas. You may have an idea that is just brushed off in one club but the other may take note of it and persue your idea. Besides, there are actually dozens of Bonneville clubs out there already. There are 5 Bonneville clubs in Yahoo right now, some with over 200 members. Just happens that BC and BA are the fastest growing and most popular of them all.

Personally I don't mind the 2 clubs. A little competition is sometimes healthy!

Actually I run one of those Yahoo groups too! It'* the BA Chat Forum!

The question I must ask is this: Why must there be ONLY ONE FORUM? People have different attitudes towards different things. Some like "Chat" & some don't! I personally don't like "Chat" but that wasn't the MAIN reason I founded BA in the first place! As you will read in my post on BA to this very same question, BA.com was started as a replacement for my Bonneville Intensity Group on Yahoo! BA.com was NOT started to replace BC in any way! Granted BA doesn't support "chatting" like BC does, but what is wrong with that? I actually "hang out" at about 6 Forums from time to time!
