It was really nice out, so I washed the car, and put some quickie spray wax on and polished the wheels.

I gotta clean out the TB when I get a chance. It'* nasty.

What was the high temperature over in Grand Rapids today? Over here in Grand Haven we got up to 50-52. I loved it, a lot of the snow melted away. It was a beautiful day. Can't wait till spring time comes around.

Today: trans separated from engine; seal carrier cleaned and inspected; engine oil pan removed; starter, knock sensors, Ignition and wiring, fuel rail, EGR, and UIM off; LIM off; parts organized and ready for cleaning.

Tomorrow: Check clearance on bearings, pop rocker covers, remove rockers, pushrods, pull lifters, remove water pump, start cleaning parts.

Today, replaced dad'* fuel pump on 92 Olds 88.
Swapped in EGR in my car to replace leaky sucky one
Scrubbed the chromies
Moved negative battery connection to top post for better hookup
Added oil
Washed it

I'll get my complied list later. It'* on the laptop.

Washed all three vehicles today and did a quick detailer on the Bonneville. I will put another coaty of Zaino Z2 on the Bonneville tomorrow morning.

To busy to mess with my car today, cuz I'm getting married in a week, so I gots lot'* of other stuff to do this weekend. But this week,, I'm putting in a new system, ...putting new plugs and wires, and maybe, new brake pads etc..

Sorry, stupid question. What is the EGR valve, where is it, and what does it do? How do I know when to change mine?

Exhaust Gas Recirculaion valve. Front right corner or engine. It recirculates a small amount of exhaust in small varying amounts to improve emissions.
