I sorta laminated mine so that if it is raining the card won't get ruined. I see some nice bonne'* around here but we are usually flying down the highway.

I usually print mine on a laser printer so the ink doesn't run.
I normally place the card on the drivers door between the window glass and the rubber guard.

I laminate, too. I just use heavy card stock, and custom cut them, then laminate.
