I sold my bonny for $500.00 to my brother. I had some transmission problems where the trans kept forgetting what gear it wanted to shift into when in OD. Never slipped though. She had 197,500 miles on her. My new car is in my sig. I love it, however its no bonneville :(

Yeah it was a 1994 SE. It still runs excellent. I just hope my new car will run beyond 197K miles as the bonne has. The was the Bonny ran when I got rid of her, if my brother fixes the trans problem, I'd say she has another 100 to 150K miles left in her. Boy I miss her though. The radio in the cutlass isn't as good and it doesn't ride as smooth as the bonne
Sorry to hear it Dan. I like Oldsmobiles and have owned several in my lifetime. I would only drive Olds' until I found the Bonneville.
Today my car broke down and I had to take my sons bonnie to work. I told my boss I was driving Jeff'* car he just got. My boss looked out the window and got this big grin on his face and said " You sure like driving them bonnevilles- don't you" and I just smiled and said
"yea boy!"
If it makes you feel better, Jeff misses his GP GTP but is enjoying being back in a bonnie.
