Yes on the gxp look. The sketches are taking longer than I wanted but I have contacted the company and they will be making all my fiberglass products as of yet.

I will offer a set mold but like I did with the springs I will also offer custom options.
I will be making a clip on hood and scoops that can be added to the stock hood. I will also offer a cowl as well. The speed on all the products will depend on orders once the sketches and one offs are done.

While we wait anyone interested in a monster truck shell??

lol They have a bunch of molds and I was thinking monster Bonneville.

I will keep you updated as we go sorry about the wait.

While we wait anyone care to shop up a monster truck Bonneville?

That is great news. I was just curious if you were still working on this. I think the GXP look would be the best way to go and can't wait to see the drawings.

Just a note tomorrow (June 7, 2003) Borla designer will be looking at the 2000-2003 Bonneville to design a whole new exhaust.
Any word on this?

First it has taken long enough that if it were me waiting I would have my doubts.

lol I understand at this point especially with the pillar pods. You don’t want to know how often people laugh at the thought at providing fiberglass options for the Bonneville regardless of the money involved.

So I do have a new company involved hopefully the last of 5 and this company is actually sitting down and willing to go over the plans with me. Wow. First I will finish the pillar pods for the sake of finishing them. I think the pillar pods set a serious wait record.

As for the 2000-2003 kit I would say that will be in line with the hood options for all the Bonneville’*.

Sorry for the continued waiting but next month we will have prices and hopefully some sketches.

Expect an update mid next month.

Ok same company is making our pillar pods and the actual first mock up for the 92-99 Bonneville’* is being made once that is done we will do the other cars 87-91 and 2000-2003. Then on the list was the hood. Full ram air, clip on ram air, and scoop attachment that works and can be made seamless. Then finally the body kit for the 2000-2003.

There are some other companies we can use. I know of two companies who might be able to help us out but the cost will be considerably more. I will call them up and see if they can do it faster.

The reason for the delays has been cost. No one wants to pay 900.00 for a Bonneville Borla exhaust because of cost. Same happens with all the products the cost has to match the market and since our numbers are not quite big enough we have to do alot of messing around to get the product produced. I will still produce the one borla kit and you can see pictures but there will be a need for a group buys like many other custom product.

If I can get at least 10 people who are serious buyers for a 2000-2003 body kit then I can make it happen. Less than that and I have to go with my custom guy who is willing to help out a friend of a friend. This guy is great he does boat parts all the way up to monster truck skins.
