i saw some silverstars that look blue but glow orange of what ever the color is when their lite up but their 20 bucka. i just want the blue look when their off but act normal when their on. kind alike how the headlights have a blue tint when off but are normal when on.

Why can't you see in the rain? Does the light reflect off of the rain and get ya in the eyes or something?

There is a GP just down the road from me with some blue fogs.. I think it might be legal in Michigan.

If they are blue when off but white when on, they are probably some cool blue lights or something to that effect, and YES you are gonna have to spend around 20$ for them, I know I spend around that per bulb on both my cars.
