All I am saying is my car is quick, that'* it. The spark plus I got did give me alot of lost power back, but I am also getting HP from my intake, exhaust, and everything else. No my car is not ssei fast, my car is N/A, a LN3, not a L67, yes my car is torquey and has beaten alot of cars, but no I don't have an ssei and no I am not as fast as one. All I am trying to do is squeeze any HP I can into my engine, whether it be plugs, wires, whatever. I am gonna order a chip sometime soon, change my coils to MSD, and hopefully someday get a turbo put in. The I might be as fast an an ssei, but no not now, and yes I must of read the thing wrong, it is 2% overall accelration rate, not per plug, all I am happy for is the ability to start my car up on a real cold morning.

don't get the superchip they make for your car.

when they made the thing they didn't even have a bonneville, its a generic chip that honestly won't do anything.

the only chips that do anything are the ones where they take the time to keep a car for a while, and spend alot of time with it. like the dhp, lms chip, corvette. superchips is a joke.

just trying to save you some money

even if jet chip did, it would be the same useless generic programming. the ONLY way to get more power from your car through a chip is if a company took the time to extensively research your car, change shift points, numerous dyno'* etc etc. they only do this for cars like gtp/gs'* (dhp) mark viii'* (lms) and basically all turbo cars (so easy to turn up boost) because they know they will sell thousands and thousands.

realistically, id bet youd see a 5hp/5tq gain tops. more could be had if you where to take off your throttle body and thouroughly clean it out, because with how many miles you have it must be extremely carboned up. you could do that for free, minus the cost of a new gasket, cause you know thats not comming off in 1 piece

I disagree completely. I have a Jet Stage II in my car. This chip was computer modeled, and dyno and track tuned on a 93SSEi. I think it'* safe to say I gained a wee bit more than 5/5.

what i was trying to say, is no one does or will make a worthwhile chip for his car, its only when they custom tune it does it do anything.

seeing the 3.8 has good roots since 87
your saying that most people wont buy one if they made it
i got news for ya people a going to soup up anything from a Yugo to a Viper
It all goes back to what people can afford (car wise) and what there personal perfernce
maybe some companys dont research and put a chip that only make 5 more hp well the owner the that chip has 5 more hp than when they started

I had a 90GP LE with the 3.1 multi-port and that wasnt a fast car at all and Hypertech made a chip for it and i could tell a difference in performance with the gas mileage and shift points and many other factors so I think you need to stop raging on this member because we all come to this web-site for the same reason and obiously you come to give your much unwanted negitve 2 cents

I've driven a ZX3 and a ZX2. Both are pathetically slow and horrible to drive. They are so small they make you feel unsafe. Horrible horrible car IMO.
