I was going to do that in my 1994, but then I bought my 1999 SSEi (almost makes it easier to do as the 1999 has the black leather).
Here'* as far as I got (I do still intend to go pull the seats out of the 1997 40th SE that I got the mats out of).

Also, it would look even better in a 1995 as they came with the dark grey steering column, steering wheel and air bag.
