I believe its common for a Folger'* can with or without the wrapping, but with both top and bottom removed for extra high flowing ehaust...

saw some loser with a black kia (maybe a 94 or 95) he had black duct tape under his windshield like this dude with the escort, plus i didnt know if he had a exhaust system on that thing or just a shredded flex pipe... lol

why do people put turbo or Supercharged on a car that has no Turbo or Supercharger and never even came with one.

I have even seen a "Gadget" that you put in your tailpipe that is suppose to give a turbo sound as you accelerate. That is just dumb!!!!!!
