yes it started in 95 for the SE, you had to have the SLE package to get the L67, this continued in 96 as well. Yes they are rare, in 95 you also could get CCR and ELC in the SLE model, a 95 with the L67 and the CCR/ELC option would be sweet. One of my friends has a white 95 SLE with the CCR/ELC
