I'm having the same problem with the floor in the back of my winter beater. I the water is coming up through the floor, because the car has no sunroof, and its way too much water to be coming from door seals. Not to mention the door seals look good anyways.

My guess is there is a possibility the floor is rotted through in your car if its not the sunroof. My sisters Olds 88 is the same way, no sunroof in that car, but the floor in the back is damp when it rains/snows.
