I did it was very nice but I still like my 1997 SSEi too much to part with $35,000.

My car has 183,000 and they only thing that disturbs me about the car is the trunk, I have never had it adjusted correctly so the water will not run down and into the trunk when I open it.

Anyone else out there frustrated with the way the trunk opens?

I test drove one as well. Very impressive car. Wish I could get out of my SS, as I would get a G8 and a cheap truck.

yup every bonneville does it.....and the 00+'* are worse

Its a design flaw. not adjustment. I open mine reeeeeeal slow and watch it run down the sides. Actually, with all my electrics and electronics for the air suspension and sound, I just dont open my trunk anymore after a rain.

Didnt like the G8 when it came out, maybe it was a mental thing. It'* been growing on me though.

I didn't fall in love with the GTO, and the G8 just looks like a four-door GTO to me. It has some nice specs and would probably be a good sales item for GM if gas was still hovering around $2.00 instead of $4.00.
