Nice choice. Those will definitely look great on the 2000 SE. A helluva lot better than the stock SE 16" rims.
There was a guy in Pennsylvania with a set of those on his 1996(?) Bonneville SE which he had shaved the door handles and painted Pepsi Blue. I believe he has a page on www.cardomain.com.

I wanted those wheels but at time they didn't have them in our car
bolt pattern. I have 245 50 18" tires. About 2 get 255 45 18"* for
the summer. There are a few members with 00+ bonnie'* with 18, 19, & 20"
wheels.

For me limo tint is nice but can cause more problems then it'* worth. imo.......

i think 20'* can fit on a 00' no problem if i am not mistakein... probally with 40 series?

Yes 20" can fit with a 35 series wall tire. But I wouldn't do it.
The streets in chicago are terrible.

I have 18" chrome calli rims and low-pro wanli tires..they're nice that'* on a 98 sse tho, body style has changed since then so a pic wouldn't help your matter much..
