Anyone ever run Falken Ziex ZE-512 tires?
How did they do in the snow? I'm looking at them right now. V rated 65 bucks, looking like a good deal. But I've read two types of reviews on them for snow. People either say they're great or they're crap. Just wanted some input from someone who might have run them on a Bonne.

I've got Dean wintercats on my LeSabre, on 14 inch rims. They are rather skinny, but work very well, and are a good price too. Run away from wide tires, as they are dangerous in slush. You might get Gm'* 14 inch steel wheels for cheaper tires, if you have 15 inch aluminum, and wish to protect em.
Winterforce, and Dean wintercats are good tires. BF and Michelin also make good winter tires, and bridgestone.

I have Falken H rated somethings on Franky. Aggressive directional tread pattern with large water groove (?) down the center. Won't be finding out about snow traction anytime soon though.

One more thing to add, you definately get your money'* worth. I dont think they have treadware that long, mine were 360 and lasted about two summer (low profile though)....thats still passing inspections and what not. I remember hitting a muffler on the interstate going about 80 and thought for sure I had a blow out, but they were fine! I even ran over a curb, chipped my wheel but the tire remained intact.

Those look better for an all-season choice, Jack. The ideal solution of course would be to have summer wheels and winter wheels like some here do.
Having to outfit 2 cars with tires, it'* not practical for me, but it would be nice.
