I got a 99 Bonny and I was thinking if the Next Level or Impala Police Car Sway Bars will fit like a 92-99 Bonny or so. And also the Progress/Eibach lowering springs. I just wanted to see if someone else has done this or am I going to be the first?

WEll i am in the hunt for poly bushing for my stock sway bar. So far no luck. Im not sure a B bodie car'* swaybar will fit our bonnys. so what u might want to do is ask the junk yard if you can return thebar if it doesnt fit.

Once it gets semi warm i am going to add some braces to the chasis of my car and also look for a v brace for under the hood as well as a thicker bar for the front tire brace. If you look at the cadillac eldorados and the grand prixs they have a v brace that covers the batery and the ecm. im going to get some of those braces and see if they fit if they dont then im going to home depot anhd buying some plain thick metal bars to bolt in the position desired. One nice thing is i dont care about added weight. Because our cars weigh 6000 tons. so a little extra wont hurt. ANd i think i mentioned b4 that im adding a x brace on the radiator. cadillacs have them as wel as old school g bodies.
hth.
il keep ya informed of my progress as well.

I have a great idea. Just came to me 5 min ago. I have neighbors who have Grand Prix'* I will look under their cars and see if the sway bars and springs/struts are exactly the same. I hope (cross finger), so I will post my lovely results here. And yeah, I plan on making the V brace also, should help stiffen things under the hood.

I just found a very respectable company in Lansing MI that does air suspensions. Guess how many inches my bonne is gonna drop this summer?

Also here is a link to a company who is making subframe connectors. I guess these make the handling of the car insanely better. They currently don't have a kit for bonnevilles, but maybe if enough of us are interested, we could convince them.

http://www.WarpSpeedPerformance.com

They are currently developing a kit for the GPs so if you want to read up on it more, go to the suspension section at clubgp.com and search for Sub Frame Connectors
