Keep in mind, that you have to redo the engine to withstand that kinda PSI.

Maybe its just me, but I thought the GN'* had Turbo 3.8'* in them. I know it isn't the "same" engine, but its still a GM 3.8, and it was still a factory turbo. I think some of those are a little quicker than Scott Cook'* poor excuse for a race car. (if you saw the thing run you would know why I say its a poor excuse for a race car)

Yea, you have a point. But for factual purposes, that is a dam quick 3800.

But that 3.8 isn't the same as our engines.

Turtle is a 46 (maybe 47 now) year old with almost unlimited resources. He worked for a wrecker, and had friends that were performance engine builders and real wrenches. They built that Bonneville for fun. He had a heavily modified L36 transplant, with a beefed up 4T60E-HD trans. He also designed and built his own standalone fuel management system, and also for some time was running a venom nitrous system in addition to the Garret T45 Turbo.

The funny thing is that the Mustang he built for his daughter was even faster. Turtle had also been clocked on radar (by a friend at over 150mph.
