Correct me if I'm wrong, but are all of your lights on the dash supposed to be on at the same time? *ie, brake light, tc light*

perhaps he has the key in ACC mode, no engine start.

Haro has a problem with one of the WSS and that makes the Trac and the ABS come on...the parking brake is set....so that is the reason for that light
