Default any bonnies have this?

i was looking at my sisters 97 grand am and it has a little plastic cover on the OBDII connector. did any bonnies have this? mine doesnt.

nope,

side note along the same topic, All OBD-II connections were supposed to be designed to that you have access to them w/o tools.
