I own a 95 SSE. When i bought the car i noticed it had extremely good takeoff and had a crap load of options. At the time i was 16 and looking for a camaro or firebird with a V6 engine, T-Tops and leather. Of course these were hard to find but i did have my eyes on 3 or 4. But my dad told me to take a look at this car he'd seen, so one day we drove 45 minutes to take a look at it. When i got there i feel in love. The car had leather, a moon roof(which more than bettered a t-top), and a nice sound system and a ton of other options. Its nicest feather was that it could seat 4 and was also as fast if not faster than a 95 Firebird or Camaro. But it also had 105,000 miles on it BUT Needless to say a week later i was back taking another look, and closed the deal. One thing that has amazed me tough is that my bonne still drives like new. The tranny shifts with no hesitation, the engine purrs like a cat, and there is no vibration in the car. I've driven a new SE and it drives just as well as my car, and i've noticed no loss of power in mine. I've taken good care of it and hope to continue to do the same. Btw, the car has 134,000 Miles on it

Sounds like you got a nice car. Bonnevilles with the 3800 seires II engine are about the same in acceleration as a V6 camaro or firebird. Good choice of cars.

ASDadam: almost an identical story to mine, only I was 19 and mine had 87K on it. I still love it to this day!
