I'll probably keep the Riviera, and just buy the Bonneville off of her. She doesn't like it, she wants a Park Avenue. lol.

hmm, seems like we're in almost opposite situations. i had a 95 SE and recently moved to a 94 Lincoln Mark VIII (280 HP 4.6L DOHC V
. i'll have to say the bonneville seems to have the advantage in corners, but then again it was only after driving the bonneville for over a year that i started to get agressive in the corners with it. there is one intersection around here, it'* going across a road with a crown so it kinda gives you a bump. the SE took a little longer to settle out after that bump then the Mark so it may get quicker in the corners after i've driven it a while. also, i must say, RWD is so much more fun in the (oh yeah, the Mark has slightly more power...). and on the interstate, it'* nice, going sideways at 60 when you nail it is interesting though... now, on the engines, my 95 could have easily taken the Mark off the line (and did on one occasion) however the mark would catch up and pass the 95 i'm going to say by about 60 and just continue to pull form there. something nice about the Mark as opposed to most ford RWD vehicles, it'* got an Independant Rear Suspension, and as i said earlier it'* definately got some potential in the corners. also, another cool feature, it'* got an air suspension which is very nice when it works (and mine does) when you get to 55, it drops the car an inch for better handling and aerodynamics at speed. so basically, it'* all about what you want, i wanted RWD with ethier a V8 or something with forced induction, it came down to a supercharged MR2(113k miles and modded) and the Mark VIII (67k miles and a beautiful car) and the MR2 got sold, so it was the Mark VIII. i couldn't find a 4th or 5th gen F-body with a stick and a V8 or i would have gone with it, an automatiac in a car like that for me is out of the question
