Had a bad left wheel bearing. So I had my buddy grab me an entire spindle at the junkyard because we tried to get the bearing out last week and she wasn't coming off. I also ran the Tech II on the car a couple months ago only to give me the codes for both front ABS sensors open or shorted. Get this, get the car up on the lift tonight, and the passenger side one was just unpluged! Then we slapped the new spindle in with the wheel bearing that was in it (the bearing is good, thank God). Wheel bearing noise is gone, and best of all I got my ABS and Traction Control back. YAY for me. Oh I also slapped some new ceramic pads on the front. Total cost for everything, $85. Gotta love cheap parts and no labor costs.

One thing better than a job well done, a job done well cheaply.
Good to hear things are in better shape.

You gotta love those discoveries!

Nothing better than the satisfaction of a job well done...and cheaply!
