Traffic is so horribly slow on my route to work...snow or no snow, its a slow go...doh

Down the main way I drive, there'* a crosswalk along the way. Just befor you get to it, there are flashing yellow lights simply bringing attention to the not-so-easy to see walk...well, people slow from 45-50 MPH down to 20 there, causing near havoc......they actually had to put on the radio several times that it'* NOT A SCHOOL ZONE!!.....

It'* just been raining here. I can't wait to get all of that Lake-effect snow. I'm used to Detroit winters, but not out here.

Icky sky, nothing'* fallen yet, i'm sure everything got frozen, it misted all day, and froze over night...

hey sol we havent had good winter over here in i think 4 years. hopefully this year will be a decent winter. what are detroit winters like? isnt snow just snow?
