As stated in Techinfo, GM no longer keeps these totals for dissemination to the general public, nor does their archive department have this information available. I know because I've spoken to them several times on the phone about this very issue.
The information in Techinfo was researched over a long period of time for us by them, and that'* all there is.
Deal with the lack of information by stating the numbers are unavailable.

Funny. Once the cars are sold, GM no longer cares how many went where or what options/colors.
They can tell us how many 40th SSEi'* were made, but they can't tell us how many SCSE'* were made. :?
Information like that is tossed as soon as it'* usefulness is over apparently. We sold xxx,xxx cars last month, and the books are in the black, so toss the data.
Car COLOR options are carefully planned according to what colors are hot any given year. Some members here have sales brochures with color schemes for each model year. That would be QUITE a list. Bonnevilles were the flagship of the line, so they had ALOT of color options each year. I have a text listing of each color and the years it was offered (including RPO'* for each color). Is that what you're after?

Is there anywhere I can get a GM Service History Report, RPO code printout list (I'm too lazy to decode my RPO code list on the spare tire), and also, last, but not least, is it possible to get a copy of my original window sticker or even how much my car sold for new?
Any of these things available online where I can just punch my VIN in?

GM4life, I have no codes for pre-92, but jr's3800 may.

Thanks here... Are delievers at dealerships almost like production. I spent 3 hours on this and double checking the math!
