I talked to a guy tonight that has a 97 for sale, I've never seen an SE with a SC, much less a 40th Edition, but that'* what he says it is.

The L67 engine was an option for the SE (maybe only for some years though I think... Others will chime in). Quite the sleeper and even more rare if it'* a 40th SE SC

It'* black with a grey leather interior and a sunroof, no HUD, power driver seat, manual passenger seat, CD player, no Bose and 128000 miles. The guy says the trans has a problem downshifting, car shudders unless you manually downshift it.

I went and saw this car today, actually pretty good condition, very dirty inside but overall in pretty good condition.

It definately is an SE with the SC and the 40th Pillar emblems, nothing else to confirm that it'* a 40th, it does not have the 40th mats and I could not get into the trunk to see the RPO codes. Anyone else know what is unique to the 40th, if anything?

Whether it'* a 40th or not, I am probably going to try and buy it.

I don't think anyone else makes it special or siginifies its a 40th.

It has all this, very odd dual exhaust, no cutouts in the bumper for the oval tips, but it has dual exhaust, just turned down pipes. I looked stock, but who knows for sure.
