94 SE Vs. Riced Neon
I was heading over to a friends house, when a riced out neon pulls up behind me looking to pass... The neon tried unseccessfully about 4 times to pass me, but each time I would put it down and the neon couldn't take me.
I decided to go all the way through town after that since the driver had been riding my a$$ the whole way. So I took it at a nice easy pace of 25mph. I waited till I got to the end of the town, and pulled over on the side of the rode and did a U-turn. As the neon paced, i noticed aftermarket rims, stickers both in the front and the back windows, a wing, and an annoying fart can.

Here'* the low down. Wings do not help, they actually hurt. I've gotten inside the mind of a ricer and found out that deep inside, its all about the looks. Some looks eh?
