So i just said to myself a minute ago "Hey why dont i drive the 93.......So i did". Mind you it has just snowed here 2 days ago. So i start the car and get all the snow off of her and doing that took a while because it was ice. So then about 15-20 minutes later the car should have been warmed up right........WRONG. The car temp is at 100-130 degrees.This is the same problem i had for a while but never paid attention to it. I got in the car and it was cold as hell in there, but i still drove it to the store. On the way there i guess how the air comes through the grill to cool the engine more, IT DID and the temp went even farther down.

Is there ANYONE that can tell me how to get my temp back up to atlease 200 degrees. Ive tryed everything for 3 new t-stats to new water pump. If theres any help let me know.

did u buy a cheap t stat, if so thats probly ur problem. with t stats u get what u pay for...
my dad had this problem in an opel cadet many years ago while he was on vacation, to fix it so he could use the vehicle during the rest of his vacation he closed a map in the hood in front of the radiator, so that cold air couldnt pass through the radiator... i dont think this would be safe on most modern cars, but it worked for him (as a temporary quick fix).

err...by saying its cold as hell in there, do you mean even after driving for ~20min and turning on the heater? Do you get any heat?

If you do, replace your coolant temp sensors.
If not, run it for like 30min, pop the hood and feel the upper radiator hose, is it cold also? How about the bottom one?

When you replaced the T-stat did you also install the rubber seal that goes around it?

could it still be too cold to be running an other than stock t-stat?

is there any air blowing out the vents at all? if not, it could be a blower motor. maybe the switch is bad and not really moving when you think it is?
