Man, I looked and looked for the release when I first got the car...lol...and my gas was getting dangerously low. Finally I called the guy I bought it from...

I'm pretty sure that if you have the factory installed security system, the locking gas door is part of that.. (if you have the alarm you have it, if you don't have an alarm you don't.)
