Man i heard the older girls were expensive but DAMN lol. You think i could ride these two codes out or are these top priority troubleshoots. The cam sensor will be the investment i put in this car if it "needs" to be done.

In truth the only thing the cam sensor does is give the ECM a reference for compression TDC to the ECM so it knows when to fire the injectors. With out the cam sensor it will have a extended crank and the injectors will fire from bank to bank and not in sequence. So I would say if you just want it to run and not invest a ton of time and money don't worry about the cam sensor. If it'* still stalling on you you have other issues to address. I would fix the O2 problem if I were you.

Roger that. The stalling has completely vanished so aside from some clanky shifting (can feel the trans engage when i press it) im a happy sailor. How do i find and replace the O2 sensor? and for the cam sensor its under the timing chain or near it right? So i would pull Hbalancer then timing cover behind it?? i saw a write up but can remeber exactly.

The sensor is easy it just pops in the front of the timing cover. The magnet for the sensor goes in behind the upper timing gear. So yes to replace the magnet you need to pull the balancer and timing cover.

And the o2 sensor is in the rear exhaust manifold. Not very fun to change either.
