Got my 8 rib supercharger setup today. Not putting it all on till spring.


Changed the ribbed idler.


And one of the smooth idlers.


Total time, less then 10 minutes.

Now comes the hard one, the #9 smooth idler. It'* under the motor mount. So I'll have to remove that to get at the idler. And then modify the mount so the wider belt will fit. Changing the harmonic balancer will happen in spring when I pull the engine.
Finally got me some heat in the shop. Much nicer.

Got a little work done on a LIM,

Then a rearranged the tools in the tool box a bit, still finding a good home for everything.

I didn't even think of that, it makes complete sense. That means it'* going to have to be precise when you switch to 8 rib, won't have that 2 rib buffer.
