In the Techinfo, it states that "The 40th anniversary models all had a VIN with Y40" ....what does this mean?

I am the orginal owner of a 40th SE Edition and can not find this reference on the VIN # or any other place on the window sticker.

check the RPO code (located on spare tire cover in trunk)

you should have somekind of 40th Edition option package listed on the right hand of the window sticker

on your spare tire cover you will see the Y40, if you dont have the Y40 you dont have a 40th

No.... That'* the original window sticker from the dealer. The RPO tag is a white rectangular sticker with black ink that has several sets of 3 and 4 letter/number combinations. Y40 should be one of them. ]

Sully, look carefully at the right hand column of the sticker. It clearly states 40th. The RPO label is the OTHER marking.
