Does anyone have a complete list of all the cars that have been sold with the 3800 in the US?

TransSport?
Montana?

Regal(both FWD and RWD)

looks just about right. I know the TransSport van had the 3800 but not Montana....

Nope, not after 95'. Common misperception. So many prefered the LSS over the softer 88, Olds decided to remove it from the 88 name all together. In 1996 the LSS became a seperate model and added the Series 2 L67 as an option. From 93' to 95' it was an 88 option package, however the ones with the LSS pakage never had an 88 badge on it.
