Shifting is based off othe Vehicle Speed, not the RPMS. If you changed your tires enough, you could bounce off the RPM limiter and not shift.

Maybe check your VSS, or try another PCM?

Your problem isn't the shift itself, or the quality of the shift, but when it occurs. It'* electronically controlled, so i'd look at what can hold that up.

would the PCM in nates junker work... 94 ssei i think...

im gonna run up to gordys sometime within the next week...hopefully a GOOD scan can help out...

Welcome to the fragged tranny club, just be lucky you dont have to pay dealer prices for a new trans, my tranny was like 2400 installed!!! But it has a 36/36 warranty and they will fix it even if its do to too much power !!!!
