Default 2005 Grand Prix GTP "Special Edition"

Spied by me

18' GXP wheels

Special Edition badging

hood scoops

the car really looked cool, it had a color shifting paint as you can see in teh hood picture. It has the regular GTP Comp G badge on the trunk
BUT
it had huge exhaust tips
the Grille was colormatched to the car
and it had the aftermarket GM dealer installed spoiler

Ummm...there is a kid at my school that has been driving one of those for a year. (pretty sure its a 2004) I don't think they are really a rare car or anything. They have the 40th Anniversary GTP scoops, and special wheels and badging, and different colored grilles (I don't think they necessarily match the color of the car), and a different exhaust like you said. And I believe they do have normal badging on the decklid like you said.

But, nice find nonetheless.

Are you going to be able to get any more pictures of the whole car during the day time? I would LOVE to see some more of that GP. It is so tight!

Those HEAT EXTRACTORS look pretty cool

I wouldn't mind a set in my own hood.

Not only do they look cool, but if you remove the plastic tray that sits below them to catch water they work VERY well. You can see the heat pouring out at stoplights.
