Default 2004 chevy express wont start

my parents have a 2004 1500 chevy express van. We have replaced the battery and alternator and just this morning it wouldnt start. It doesnt crank, the only sound it makes is a clicking from the starter. The battery and alternator were replaced about a month ago and we just had the alternator tested and it passed.

Is teh battery dead? If so, check in tech info in testing I believe. Look for amp draw test.

the dinger for the door still comes on along with the gauge lights and the light under the hood, so i figured the battery was good. But we've tried charging it and jump starting it and it doesnt do anything.

look for the engine to chassis ground especially, these corrode bad because of where they are and are often over looked
