My sons 2002 Deville has two windows that just drop and wont go up, you can hear the motors working though. we have them propped up with tools crammed in the window slot lol need videos/info on removing door panels and fixing window. I have searched these forums but, as I am new, Im not having any luck finding this specific issue..can anyone help me??

you have to take the door cover off to see if the window came out of the regulator or the motor gears are bad. as far as taking the door apart all cars are slightly different but pretty easy. just see what screws there are holding the handle and maybe some trim on then very gently pry on the back of it to save the little plastic trees

thank you for your reply, however, I still am not sure how to take door panel off on a 2002..saw a video for 91-99 series that was very informative but ,this may be different and dont want to harm the door panel taking it off. if you know a more specific instruction/video, I would be glad to have it. thank you again for your response
