#1 might be a warped rotor. Check that as soon as you can.

Likely the rotors on the front. Have them turned or replaced. Not life-threatening. I don't think the whole turn signal is supposed to light up.

well ill see if i can get it taken care of *tacks "warped rotors" on things to do list.and as far as the light monitor goes to the best of my knowledge i dont have it.i mean absolutely nothing at all happens when i drive down the road with the door open.so i doubt ive got a highly advanced warning system.why cant i just get a job and pay for all this stuff.cause no one friggin hires around here.dang unemployment.of course im not lookin real hard but i have looked in the past.and my parents arent crazy bout me workin ne way(ud have to know them too understand). so looks like im scrapin and savin for a while.

A lot of smaller auto shops can turn rotors. Bumper to Bumper, Napa, etc...
If you got one those nearby on the approved "places I can drive to", check it out.

Got a torque wrench? Re-torque the lug nuts on the front wheels properly by hand with a torque wrench. That may help minimize the warpage that'* there now. If it'* still bad after that, have the rotors turned, then -- again -- make sure that the lug nuts are torqued to the proper setting (100 ft./lbs. I think) by hand, not slammed on with an impact wrench.

No, the light monitor is on the SSE and SSEi models to alert you when a lamp burns out. In the case of turn signals, you should also notice the flashing rate changes if one of the outside bulbs blows.

Your car has one turn-signal bulb at each corner, and no, the whole amber lens in the back doesn't light up from edge to edge.

P.*. It wouldn't hurt to check your brake lights right now, because if one or more of those burns out, you will never notice. Have an assistant step on the pedal while you watch the back of the car. You should see two brake lights on _each_ side (total of four), not just one on each side, plus the one in the middle of the back window.

For taillights, you should see eight, plus the little side markers. The two inboard taillights on each side do not light up with the brakes.
